Whitley Neill is made from a 100% grain spirit steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled in a beautiful, 100-year-old copper potstill called “Constance”. Only the purest water is used, together with carefully selected botanicals: Sicilian orange, sweet orange, lemon, juniper, coriander seed, cassia bark, orris and angelica root to create a handcrafted gin of exceptional quality. Bright, zesty aromas head up a clean, citrus gin with bursts of Sicilian blood oranges which embody the smooth, crisp flavour of the Mediterranean sun in every drop. 43% ABV. 1 litre us$35 | LR357
