In the event we are out of stock on board we may substitute with a similar product or offer an alternative. If you have a connecting flight and are looking to purchase liquids, aerosols and/or gels over 100ml, please inform the crew prior to any transaction. The warranty on any item purchased does not cover/include batteries. All pre-ordered goods are available at order.virginatlantic.com for collection on board. All offers are subject to availability. CUSTOMER RETURNS POLICY For returns and/or cancellations we must receive the products back from you: (a) within 14 days of your notification; (b) with the original receipt or delivery note; (c) with a covering letter (specifying your order number, order date, delivery address, contact details, details of the defect (if any) and whether you require a refund/exchange/repair as may be applicable); and (d) in an unused condition with the original product packaging intact. We are not liable for returned products lost or damaged in transit. Proof of postage does not constitute proof of receipt of delivery to us. You are obliged to take reasonable care to ensure that the products returned are not damaged in transit and, if appropriate, arrange suitable shipping insurance. We will, within 14 days of the products being received by us, refund to the same method of payment initially used the reasonable costs of delivery of products returned to us in the event of the product being defective due to ‘out of box failure’, or manufacturing defects. Goods ordered for home delivery via a Virgin Retail Therapy voucher at order.virginatlantic.com may only be exchanged or replaced with goods of the same value. We do not offer replacements for defective or unwanted fragrances in the interests of hygiene. You will be issued a full refund instead. Pre-ordered goods cannot be replaced or exchanged on board a flight and must be returned per the

returns process outlined above. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality, type, content, taste, or other items ordered via the pre-order or on board service, our customer services department will refund you in full. NON/PARTIAL DELIVERY OF GOODS If all or part of your pre-order is not delivered to you during your flight, email: support@order.virginatlantic.com or telephone: +44 (0)344 933 1074 during UK business hours Monday-Friday, stating your flight details, pre-order reference number and details of the missing goods. Please contact our customer service team for refund of items not delivered on board. Due to customs restrictions we regret no goods can be sent to customers from Virgin Atlantic Airways or the Duty Free Supplier once the flight has landed. PAYMENT METHODS All flights are cashless, with no cash being accepted on board. We accept the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY and contactless payments, up to £45. Card payments are accepted up to £500. One transaction per card per customer. Card payments will appear on your payment card statement as ‘Virgin Retail Therapy’. Transactions will be effected in £ sterling (GBP) and may be converted by your card issuer into your home currency.
