Chase describes its operation as the UK’s first field-to-bottle distillery. Its home-grown potatoes are distilled by hand on the family farm to create Chase Vodka. This, in turn, is redistilled with carefully selected botanicals to make its range of gins, with the leftover potato reused on the farm, as fertiliser. During this experience you’ll learn more about how Chase’s award-winning spirits are crafted, with the opportunity to taste a selection from the range. The day starts at Verzon House Hotel with a Chase cocktail and a two-course set lunch featuring locally sourced seasonal produce. You’ll then be taken to Chase’s countryside distillery where a private tour will reveal a few of the secret skills that help to transform the humble potato into Chase’s outstanding range of spirits.
